As most of you know, we are located in the business district in downtown Washington, DC (4 blocks from the white house) so we get a fair share of men buying lingerie for Valentine's day. But when do men shop for Valentine's day? Here are some recent statistics based on a recent Valentine's poll conducted at the store, personal observations and store traffic:
- 20% of Men buy gift on V-Day
- 35% of Men buy gift the day before V-Day
- 30% of Men buy gift the week before V- Day
-10% of Men buy gift the week + before V-Day
- 5% don't know.
This year, we even expect more last minute shopping because of the DC primary happening on Tuesday, February 12th. Hard to vote and buy your Valentine's gift on the same day!
The good news is that you still have 3 more days to buy your gift! So tell us, are you done with your Valentine's day shopping or you are waiting till the last minute this year?
